Talking love my horse

Hi, I took my horse, Splash, to a clinic today. It was his first time away from home and all of his buddies. We decided that he needed to learn to go places alone for when i start showing him. Anyways, he loaded on the trailer great and we hurried up and got into the truck so he wouldn't have time to flip out or anything. He yelled a lot but other then that he was fine with his hay infront of him. So we got to this clinic thing and unload him he starts yelling again and dancing a little bit but I don't think to much about it because he's been through a lot and he'll calm down when he see's the other horses not being nervous and me being there with him. So we get him tacked up, he's still dancing a little. We get him into the ring I get on and he is a little nervous but good. Then he saw the mirrors on the side or this indoor ring. First, he's never been in a indoor, and he has never seen these mirrors before. They were'nt glass either they were like plastic so the moved when you would go by them quick or another horse would appear bigger. Well I hope you guys can understand me. So, he spooked and was really nervous and ran toward the gate then stopped and bucked. My trainer then took him over and in about an hour and a half he stopped and relaxed so i got back on him and walked him around for a little bit he was great. He got right back in the trailer and we went home. It was a pretty good day. I thought I would tell you guys. red_hors
