I can't see the pony headstall very well, is it English and if so what is the bit to bit measurement please? I have a pony with an odd sized head!

also, what size/type is the pony saddle? I just bought a 13" one online and the seller did not bother to mention that the knee rolls were shot (GRRRR!). So I desperately need a pony saddle and headstall.
