Lost Title To Car!!!!!! HELP!

I have lost the title to my car! I just bought the car a couple months ago and have not had time to get it on the road and I lost the envelop that has the title in it!!!!!!!!!! The thing is the registration and stuff is still all in the guys name that I bought it from as we didn't yet get it registered!

What can i do...is there anyway i can get a new title for it?

You should be able to go to the DMV and apply for a new title.
