Looking for Royal Wisdom and Foal

need your help. I am a friend of someone who had a situation occur back in January of 2006. This matter involved a pregnant mare, named Royal Wisdom go missing from her farm on the 29th. The police were involved, and the courts, and the judgement came back in favour of my friend. However, in regard to the court, only a monetary settlement can be made. My friend is still desperate to locate the mare and now foal, to know they are OK, are in a good home, and would like to see them. She would even consider making an offer to purchase them both back.

Royal Wisdom went missing January 29, 2006. She had apx 2 months left in her pregnancy, and my friend would like to know if she had a healthy baby, and what the gender was.

There has been much speculation and discussion about this matter on the Internet, and I can assure you my friend can explain the legalities better via phone, if you know or have any information about the whereabouts of this mare/foal. All she wants to do is ascertain that they are in good health, happy, and perhaps if the people who have her are willing to sell them, she is more than willing to make an offer. Please contact her directly at these numbers/emails, and please----do not listen to half facts on the web. Please contact her yourself. She is an honest, good person, and the courts acknowledged this.

Description of the mare: Registered name with the Jockey club is ROYAL WISDOM, her JC # is X31031 and is fairly legible on her upper lip. Barn name is ROYAL she is a plain bay in colour about 15.2 1/2 hh, she has a small diagonal star on her forehead pointed to the right. She also has about 4-5 white dots from pin firing on the front of both front cannon bones. She has a cluster of these same marks on the inside left front approx where you would find a splint. This mare also has a small skin nub on the front of her chest located middle left side.
Description of missing foal: Foal unseen, approximate birth date April 11, 2006 by the Hannoverian stallion Goldrush II

I appeal to all of you horse lovers out there. Those who know what it is like to wonder how something is doing, and especially in this situation, where things got a bit complicated. My friend, Andrea, just wants to know the horse and foal are still alive, and well. All information and contact will remain confidential and any information about legalities/specifics will only be made privy to serious inquiries with people who have valid information of Royal, and her whereabouts and the condition of her and the foal.

Oh dear. I am terribly sorry about the multiple posting. Seeing as the horse is/was for breeding, will it be allowed to stay in this section?
