long morning at the barn!

so today was the barn call day for shots/coggins/tube worming/sheath cleaning/ and teeth checks

i ended up being the official tubing assistant LOL
i had to attach the can w/ the worming liquid to the tube after the vet got it in all the way and hold it up so the liquid went in the tummy

i also had to help hold a couple horses for sheath cleaning

overall everyone did pretty well..

one horse fought the tubing so much he gave him self a bloody nose (and he was tranq'd with a double dose

)

but i was suprised with how well joey behaved. he did so great

he does have a loose baby tooth they have to come back out to remove but other than that his mouth was A-OK

so it was a long morning at the barn for me

i love getting to help out tho hehehe

Great way to learn Una..

I hate then they fight the tube..
BUT IMHO its the best way to worm..
