Just so you know, lol, not to make you flip out or anything... my mare showed the same signs as Moondust for almost TWO WHOLE MONTHS before she foaled, lol. I know you are pretty sure about her due date, unlike I was with Blaze, but don't go TOO nutty at this point. Blaze never even really relaxed in the genital area, honestly. Every mare is a bit different. The minute you get so exhausted that you finally drop off to sleep, you will wake up to a baby, lol! That is what happened to me. At least he was still wet when I woke up, lol. Come ON MOONDUST! Git er done, girlie! We wanna see a beautiful Cremello baby! Kristina

| Senior Member  | Moondust- stage 1 usually last up to 4 hrs. Uterine will contract (winking) Restlessness and when she eats she stops and will turn around and walk in circles her eating is stop and go. She will pace back and forth. Pawing is another sign along with swishing her tail. She'll lay down and get up alot. Sweating and pee pee frequent. But all other signs you'll see for pre- labor first. You'll know if your awake if she's ready to start. Keep us posted. Good luck to both of you!
