Nope, and the wait is driving me bonkers! The main reason it's hard waiting is because she's been having most of the sighns that she is about to foal for weeks now, and still no baby. She is driving me mad having me think it's about to happen, and it never does. Yesterday she was pawing alot, pecking at her sides, and stamping feet. She was also rubbing her butt on gates and posts. She was laying down at about 3:30 this morning, but quickly got up when she saw me.

I am SO excited! She sounds close. I would be jumping up and down right now if it were physically possible. LOL (yeah, still digging for pity about my leg)

She sounds very close, but if she is a maiden, she could be playing tricks on you

Still, I thinks its time to camp out...

Do you have new udder shots? The last ones I saw her udder is far from full.

I have had mares have relaxed vulva's that were bright red up to 3 weeks before foaling.

Are you certain your getting Colostrum? What color is it?

If I remember correctly her EDD is the 25th. Is that approx. 340 days?

Can you tell that the baby has dropped any? That is one thing we always look for.

I know your very excited to see this baby but I bet you still have at least a week if not more. However, one will never know with a mare. They are the most unpredictable creatures. They are sly sly creatures.
