Keeping my Nose Warm while Riding...

I've tried scarves in the past... they just flew off, or got tangled in with stuff...

I'm warm everywhere else... but my nose. Which ends up causing headaches and such.

So... got any ideas for keeping my sniffer warm?
    Maybe they're right
maybe there is something the matter with me
I just don't see how a world that makes such wonderful things
    could be bad

i don't really have that problem. It doesn't get that cold here.
I found this site, they have nose warmers...they look odd though.

How cold does it get there? I'm good riding here until about -5 Farenheit, and anything below that is not fair to the horse.

I figure if I'm riding properly, I'm working hard enough to keep my nose warm!

I have seem places sell riding balaclavas ( the kind a robber would wear that only show your eyes) then put your hat overthe top.

Yep...balaclavas are great! I personally can't stand them, but when you're winter camping in the UP, they're pretty much a necessity!

Yeah the bakalava whatever it is called. I use them when I bike. My ears get cold, and than I get a royal ear infection.

I use a balaclava whenever I got skiiing, I'm sure it would work for riding.

I think it would look less weird that the "comfy nose" that EE posted

I am almost positive that my mom used to put vaseline on her face when working in the winter (she delivered mail on foot). May not be the most comfortable thing but it won't obscure your vision.
