I'm so sorry Angie, for the loss of your beautiful mare. At least she is no longer going through any pain, that is what you must think of to reassure urself that everything will be ok.

I am SO SO sorry ... you know that you did all that you could for your poor mare and foal ... may they now romp in greener pastures over the Rainbow Bridge ...

I am truly sorry to hear of your loss. We have all been apart of this, but only you had the joy of seeing her everyday, loving her, and making her happy. Remember the good times Angie, for Katy was a fighter, but it was her time.
Her spirt runs free with the wind.
RIP Katy we will all miss you.

Ah, my heart broke when I read the title this morning. Although I haven't always posted I have been keeping a watchful eye on all your threads and was really pulling for your mare. There are no words really that will bring you comfort but I think you can rest assured that you did all you can.
