Hey Jess, I was reading on Endurance.net that there were some disasters at Descanso (sp.?). One horse fell in a gully and the rider got all bloody. Some lady's horse had to be IV'd. You know about all of these?

I read the story about the horse in a gully from the guy that got the horse out. It was on a yahoo group, not sure if I am allowed to cut and paste it or not. Really amazing story, the guy popped his shoulder out later on the ride.

oh and the horse that got IV'd story was there too. The horse is fine now, although it did have to spend a night at a veternary clinic.

Yes, it was absolutely CRAZY! Don did an absolutely wonderful thing by helping get that horse out of that gully/mud.

There were quite a few things that went down LOL
