So yesterday besides having to walk in thigh deep snow all the way around our 6.5 acre pasture (basically the equivalent of walking on an eliptical for an hour) went good. I met up with my BEST FRIEND in the whole world, and we went to the Regional Competitive Cheer meet @ our old stompin grounds... lol It was fun. Bought a shirt, saw a whole bunch of girls that I cheered with and that I graduated with. I basically had a blast, and realized how much I miss competitive cheer. I didnt start crying til the end when the meet was done before they announced the placings...

I was like "Kris, we graduated in this gym, we had our senior lunch in this gym, our pep assemblies, all of it" I got teary eyed, but I dolled myself all up (my hair and makeup) so I wouldnt cry. I got tons of compliments on my hair too. One of the benefits of being a Hairdresser...

I just miss all the girls, and the commradery, and Ive decided that I want to be a cheer coach. And eventually and MHSAA Competitive Cheer judge.

The whole time, every round every team, I saw EVERY mistake, even if it was one tiny movement a milisecond off.

I MISS IT! It was just fun being where I spent so much of my life, and worked so hard. I will ALWAYS love Competitive cheer, ALWAYS.
