The school day went decent and was quick. Then I got home from picking up my little sister, and there was so much slushy ice on our driveway that I couldnt get my truck in the garage in one of my attempts to make it possible, I accidentally slammed my thumb in my door... so my nail is now black and my thumb is huge... Im thinking that when I get to tech today, that my teacher is going to tell me to go home, because I literally cannot do anything with it. It almost wont fit into my shears and I cant even open them with it, because it hurts so bad. Everything I do in cosmetology I have to use my thumbs, so there is no way that I can work on a client today. So I will waste all my gas out there for no reason but oh well. At least this happened when I cant really ride, so hopefully it will be better before I can ride.

Im going to keep track of how long it takes to grow out too. If my nail falls off Im going to cry because I dont want to have a nasty nail going to state boards or trying to get a job. I cant wear a french manicure til it grows out either. So I guess Im going to be wearing polish for a long time so I dont have to look @ it.

Grrr 1st I had a horrible cold Sunday through yesterday and then I smash my thumb. It had to be my thumb on my right hand.... I guess its not that bad cause I use my thumb on my left hand when typing and I dont use my right, but I cant even write or hold a pen in my right hand now.
