One Day at a Time at Foxcrossing where Xiphias Roams
Whoopie! My favorite girth Fit Amber!

Linda and I went out for about a 2 mile ride wed. Amber is a sweet heart to ride, she has a nice flowing walk...and nice trot...no cantering yet, she needs more legging up for that, and also we were riding on a hard dirt road, maybe on a nice grassy field....I am still figuring out how to feed everyone, and keep them happy....Xiphias won't finish her food, if she sees everyone else wanting to leave....Tonight I put Beanie in Mike's stall to eat...since Xiphias seems to not like him too much...tied Xiphias at her feed tub...tied Amber outside on one side of the doorway of the barn at her feed tub, and tied Mikey on the other side of the doorway at his feed tub....that seemed to work...althouh Xiphias still did not finish her feed....I guess she will get the hang of it soon...
I have been putting the girls out front, in the nice grass pasture at night, and leaving Mikey and Beanie in the back...Mikey has taught Beanie how to take off his muzzle, the little monster....if it's off tomorrow, he will wear it during the day, and leave it off at night...
I get a early wake up call from Xiphias around 5 am, to let me know it's time to let her back in the back pasture, where the barn is...she don't like to be out when the flys start to buzzing....
I can't wait till the HGS Trai Ride and Meet up, this coming Saturday!
