yeah, well, as the title says, it's afternoon, I'm bored, and don't know what to do........... I can't ride Rain cuz the weather outside is NASTY and cold and windy, and cloudy...... Uck.
Call me a wuss, but I only ride in sunny weather. LOL.......... It's just so much more fun, and Rain likes it better too, cuz she doesn't like wind. It blows around too many scary objects that just might kill her if they get the chance. silly pony.......

Wowza, its been ages since I've written in this journal...... time I hit the keys again!

yeah, well, as the title of this entry suggests, I've had an interesting week.

To start it off........ I finally got around to riding Rain..... I used to ride her every day, but life picked up pace and riding my pony just got put in my luxury category of life. But I did find some time one afternoon, and headed out to ride.
... I decided to skip the saddle......

Well...... the pasture is grown up tall enough now, so I let Rain out in it..... wowza - she really picked it up out there! Looked like she would make a better bronc for rodeos than what she is - a pleasure pony. LOL. She's usually not this energized, but I guess she loved the feel of grass under her feet, and she felt like showing off for the camera, and she showed me her stuff. I'm in love - with my pony - I just love her personality; sweet, but dynamic... LOL

*ick* ick* ick*........... I've got poison ivy... again! Seems like my legs are permanent poison ivy residence in the spring / summer months. *wails* The first night, it just about drove me up the wall; and I didn't get to sleep till ike 2:00 in the morning! it was so awful. But Mom found some Benadryl, and I've been gulping that stuff all weekend. seems to be helping..... also using some Chickweed healing salve that supposed to heal poison ivy, and I don't know if it's helping...
