Baby and True Self-Carriage!

Posted 12-16-2008 at 08:20 AM by SuZQuzie
So, Penny had her 180 day pregnancy check to make sure everything is going perfectly. Everything seemed fine. The placental width was 7 mm, which we will keep tabs on throughout the duration of her pregnancy.

Ed is also under way now to getting his National Passport (FEI passport, but cheaper and only works domestically and up to two*) and just got his primary influenza shot for it. My understanding is that a vet must administer the shot to document it properly and what not....

Update at Galway Downs 3DE - Dressage & SJ

Posted 10-31-2008 at 07:10 PM by SuZQuzie
What an amazing horse I have!

My dressage test went fairly well. There were a few places we felt sticky, plenty of room for improvement. I was told by others that he looked good, but I still felt that it was just okay.

I went schooling before school yesterday at Twin Rivers. Tons of fun and very productive. We jumped nearly every Prelim corner there, and even one that was in the 2* at the last event. We also schooled all the difficult Prelim questions like the coffin, the waters, and the banks. Ed is still so funny with corners. Sickly?

Posted 10-03-2008 at 02:43 PM by SuZQuzie
:shakes fist at apartment-mate: I think she got me sick. Not really sick, but enough so that I don't want to drive the 30 minutes to the barn in chilly, overcast weather to ride.

I may have to go either way since it's going to probably rain sometime early tomorrow morning. Poor Penpen outside in her pasture.

I'm a bad person who picks fights with her TA.
