Is my entire summer going to be like this???

Spent the long weekend at the lake. this entailed getting the motor home de-winterized, clothes packed, groceries bought. Had a blast though and the weather was very nice.

Then home for 2 days and off to Olds. Got a visit in with my grandfather, got together with some old buddies from highschool that I haven't seen in upto 10 years. then to a horse show where I showed my sister's Baskir curly stud. I've never been a real fan of the breed, they are too short and stocky for me, but I did fall in love with the little stud. Not going to run out and buy one though. Ripped back up north right after the show to attend my best friend's birthday party, then up first thing in the morning to attend ANOTHER baby shoer for the SIL.

Then home...Becca's dr appointment. Pediatrician wants me to really start potty training, and get her out of her. this is not going well at all.

Played ball twice this week as well. My quad held up for monday's game, I am doing a lot of stretching and warmup, but was feeling sore by the end. Last night it gave out my first at bat. I am going to be dealing with this all summer. I'm going to try and find a neoprene brace this week, as the tensor bandage keeps slipping down.

Got a full set of shoes on Mo yesterday. He actually stood like a good boy and of course did the funny "I have heavy feet" walk afterwards.

I have to go to the lake friday/saturday for my BIL's bday party, then back saturday night to load the trailer...and then Sunday is the Cancer ride in Innisfail. I'm pretty pumped. There are 5 of us coming down, and my sister, her 4 kids and hubby, plus her SIL and her kids are meeting us there. It will be quite the trip. I have raised $200 in pledges this year. Last year I just paid my $25 at the door, but thought I would fundraise a bit.

Next saturday I have another show, the second in a 3 show series and I am points chasing. Mo did very well at the last one. Then...unload and back to the lake for hubby's uncle's 65th birthday party!

I need to keep on top of laundry and groceries for all of this moving around too. Hubby thinks its so easy. He gets home from work and just hops into a vehicle that is already packed and gassed up and ready to go.

BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!! *sigh*
