Thought I would put an update! Got an email from Shrek's owners, love these people! I swear, PERFECT home!

Hey Ashley!

Shrek is awesome!! A real character. He's sooo full of personality. We haven't started him into any real work yet, mostly trotting poles and teaching him where his feet are. He trips over himself alot, but I think it's because he likes to look around quite a bit while out and about and he forgets where his feet are. Just a "baby" thing, no biggy. He does better in an enclosed area than out in the open.We are planning to start his jumping career in the spring as Bailey's arab mare is 18, and even though she jumps 3 ft. no problem I think we are wanting to breed her and get a couple of babes off of her before she's too old. Bailey wants to breed her to Spago, actually. We took Shrek on a trail ride about a month ago. 20 miles with about 50+ other riders. He did awesome!! And he was sooo much fun. We took 2 of our young up & coming horses and 2 of our seasoned horses and the babes(including Shrek) were better behaved than any of the other horses on the ride! I was sooo happy. I've had 2 different people phone since asking me if I had any horses for sale or if I'd start youngins for them. Of course any of the ones for sale are young, unstarted, and not arab and I have no desire to take responsibility for starting someone else's horse- so that didn't work so well for me, but it gave me a real good feeling just the same.

We can't thank you enough for Shrek. If and when Bailey ever takes him to a show nearby, I'll let you know. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!!

So that made me feel better, got it the other day but forgot to put this in here, I did mean to! I found her so amusing with saying about ppl calling her then saying it didnt work out for her but gave her a good feeling just the same...lol she is funny!

Still not feeling great so blah on that....thats about it....lol
