Yesterday we had the Christmas show at my barn. I was really mad though cause the price for each class was $4, 4Xs what it was last year, so I could only enter 5 classes

The crossrail class was my first class, which I sucked in. I couldn't have done worse, I was so nervous and Tobey could sense that and kept ducking out on the second jump.

Bobbin for Apples was....... not the greatest. We had to take a broom and hit the big plastic apple to the other end, then bring it back. Tobey spooked at the broom and turned into a reiner horse He was seriously turning on one leg going faster and faster! Everyone was yelling at me to drop the broom, but I was ******** out and just trying not to fall, but by the time it clicked in my head "Oh, I'd better drop this" I came off with it Then Sharon took him and the broom and started rubbing it all over him until he calmed down. I got on again and tryed again. He spooked again and started turning, I remembered to drop the broom and he cantered back to the gate, almost running over the gate person, lol!

Pick-up race was the best one though, I had so much fun I trotted to the end, Tyler got on, and I smooched and kicked and we FLEW home! We got second place

Barrels we did really well too, but I didn't run them, I just trotted and galloped home, so we didn't place. Its a pretty small arena so I couldn't gallop through them like some others did.

Flag race was a disaster, lol! I couldn't grab the plastic candy cane that was being used as a flag, I went through 3 times before I could get it, lol everyone was laughing at me I trotted back and tryed to stop him, but he just kept on going to the gate, so I turned around and went back, he started cantering around the arena and I got him slowed down to a trot and I just threw it in, and I made it! I didn't place on that one though

Tobey was being so weird though the whole time! He kept going up to people and sticking his nose in their face. I would tell them that he wanted his lips played with So they would play with his mouth, and he was the happiest horse there I have NEVER met a horse like him, he is just too bizarre and I learn another weird thing about him everyday! Like this, I just discovered that he is a very destructive horse and he enjoys destroying things. I placed my helmet in the feed box which I use for a holder thing and he grabbed it in his mouth, took a big bite out of it, spit out my helmet and spit out the chunk he bit off! I swear he looked so pleased with himself for that! He also likes to grab my brushes and throw them on the ground also. I left him tied for 5 minutes, when I came back he had completly destroyed Sharon's stall decorations, she wasn't happy about that, he also looked pleased. During the show, he kept biting off people numbers from their back, he got one girls off, almost got anothers off. If you are in his head range, he will push you off your horse. LOL, he is so weird!
