We put bridled Maggie for the first time. She did pretty well, but we had to get forceful to get her to turn left! She did finally, and it was all roses from there!
Sugar's foot is healed mostly, and allowed me to pick it up without complaint. So I saddled her and did a little testing. She saddled nicely, no objections, and then let me put weight in the stirrup. A few minutes later, I was on her back! I didn't make her move cuz didn't want to push her too far, but at least sat in the saddle!...
