Rant about my sister (and her horse)

I've posted a couple of times to this forum about various problems I've had with my sister and her horse.
The horse, Kodi, is a draft cross who came from questionable circumstances and who developed a terrible habit of balking when ridden a few months after we got him. Now, I've spent over a year working with this horse, and he can now be ridden fairly easily at all three gaits. During this year, I've ridden him three to five times a week, and my sister has ridden him sporadically, and done nothing to help, other than complain about how long it's taking.
Now, my parents are trying to make her take responsibilty and excersize her own horse. She always seems to find a reason not to -- It's too hot, too wet, she was busy, the saddle's uncomfortable.
I'm still riding her horse three days a week, and I would really, really, really like to stop. I don't like Kodi's personality, he has absolutly no talent, and basically I want him sold.
My sister refuses to consider selling him but she never spends any time with him. The only time she rode him this week was when I rode my horse, and then she only rode for ten minutes, then asked to ride my horse!
To me, it seems obvious that my sister is losing interest in her horse, and she should sell him. My parents just want me to pick up my sister's slack and I'm just getting sick of it.
