Ppl who think they are better than others

I have often seen posters try to get an ego boost by making other seem unintellegent or less than because the person is still lerning or fails to understand some things. Some listen to others blindly and end up with problems.
When others try to bust others chops either on purpose or ego or what have you it looks bad and feels bad to the original poster. Some times things cannot be technical because many of the posters here are Teens or children and others just dont understand the jargon. Putting it in simple terms is better than being technnical and over the heads of the original poster. It doesnt mean that the poster is ignorant or lower than the replying post. It means that they have not been exposed to the technical info or are to young yet or are just not horse savy and still learning. Posting is not meant to write a book or a total article about something esp when its to way beyond the comprehension of the reader. They will not read it all or avoid it totaly because it is frustrating to them. I can under stand that.
Ppl who try to "Out Do" others even if the other person is not wrong (maybe to simplistic or are to general on information) is not a good congenialilty trait. I try to be thourough but I also may end up to simplistic or to general but it does not make me wrong. Any one can post stuff on the internet. They can claim to be any one but infact are mearly on ego trips. One must be carefull on the source which one takes info from for much of it is bull. (that is why I tend to stick with books no later than 1995 give or take a little. I have old books that still have good valuable information within them just need updated a little).
One can correct another person by using tact, grace and with out searching for ego builders. Even doing it privately to spare embarssement or defensiveness or even feel like failures and lack of self esteem. Yes there are some ppl who need to be taken down a few notches, but we are ALL guilty of falling into that trap. While we want others to basically get a grip, get off the pedistal or grow up and etc we must not fall into thier behavior mode. I am guilty of it and others are guilty of it and no one is exempt. In others words dont fall to the person in questions level.
I do not understand why some ppl think they are above all wrong, or perfect in thier own eyes and try to make other feel less than. Sort of like a bully.
I am going to try to change my ways and find another way of dealing with it all. I am going to try and not compete with others that just want an ego boost or bullying. I will try to help others to learn and I hope I will have the grace to admit when I'm incorrect or have old information or lack of enough information and not make a big deal out of it. NO ONE IS PERFECT!!!!
Just because we are on the internet and do not see the person we are "talking" to" thier emotions and what have you: does not mean we can be mean spirited or hurting others self esteem. It is easier to be hatefull or spitefull to others over the net because we dont see the consequences or the emotions of that other person and emediate response to such . We all need to work on this and I am also not exempt from this. NO ONE IS!! I am going to try and change that also in me.
