Brothers wedding

I hope I didnt just make a big mistake letting Lexi go with my mom to my brothers wedding in las vegas. My sister has promised that she make sure what happend this summer doesnt happen again butt Im still nervous. Gotta have faith right? I probably should go but getting the animals taken care of for that many days would be next to impossible.

Of course Im gonna be a nervous wreck the whole time shes gone but thats me the worrier

Weve come a long way

I can't believe that a few months ago I was ready to throw in the towel. Not literally but I was going to let Lexi live with my mom because while I was busy being depressed my daughter thought her mom didnt love her anymore. How I let my life get soo out of control I dont know but Im glad to be living again. I have soo much to be thankful for and lucky that I remembered that before I lost everything. Learning to live alone was hard at first I wont lie but things are getting better.

School has started

for Lexi and she loves it. I asked her what her favorite part was and she said everything. This is her first year with a male teacher and he seems to have a great sense of humor. Some of the friends Lexi made today have horses so that would be nice if she had someone her age to ride with. Lexi has decided that her new name is Alex but of course were still calling her Lexi at home.

After School the first thing Lexi asks is when are we going to ride, so needless to say weve...

Lexi's finally home

Well saturday my sister and Christy brought Lexi back home, we had a great weekend spent clothes shopping and riding the horses. It was the first time Lexi had rode her new horse Mokie, needless to say it went well and she now wants to ride daily. Mercedes seems to be doing well under saddle for having almost two years off, no stiffness with her stifle at at all. Ive decided to start building her muscle up because shes had so much time off so tonight while Lexi rode Mokie in the outdoor...

the sweetest words

Its been a couple weeks since I let Lexi go visit my sister while I look for a day job, and Im happy to say that things are going great. Today I got a voicemail from my sweet little girl telling me how much she loved me, I really needed that.

Todays interview with the insurance company LifeWise went pretty good I feel so we will see. Its 15 weeks of training but Im sure that will breeze right by. Im torn on which job I want more between the health insurance or the outdoor sporting...
