Why is September still so far away?

I had my Ireland orientation meeting yesterday, and I want to go NOW!! The meeting was really fun and very informative and helpful. I guess there are only three of us going for the fall semester. Apparently none of our schedules matched up very well, so it was just me, the program coordinator, and another girl from the office who had been to Cork before at the meeting. The other two girls were going to have their orientation next week....

Gosh, this time of the year always seems to speed up. There always seems to be more things to get done and less time to do it in. Why is that?

It already seems like the weekend was a distant memory. And yet there's still two more days before the next weekend!

If this past week is an indicator of how quickly the next five are going to pass by, I think it's going to be a long five weeks indeed. This past week was supposed to be my "slow" week. Well, by Monday everything had piled up and the week was just as stressful as any other. This week looks to be the same. And then next week will be the week from you-know-where. Tests in all of my classes. Ugh.

It's amazing how quickly things go back to being stressful after a nice break. Geez.

Today was such a crazy day. This morning I had an appointment with my new faculty advisor. He seems really nice, and very knowledgeable about good biology coursework. Of course I'm not registering for next fall like everyone else is, because I'll be in Ireland, so we didn't have a whole lot to talk about. It was good to meet him though, and it seems like he'll be helpful in the future....

It's Easter already, and this also means an end to my spring break. As usual, it flew by.

I don't really feel like I got a ton done this week. I worked on school stuff, got some essays written and some reading done, but I still just feel like my week was so blah. I ended up sleeping in longer most days than I wanted to. I think I'm weird. I like feeling rested, and I really can't function off of too little sleep, and I like staying up late, but I also hate sleeping in. So obviously,...
