What a wonderful weekend. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time at the show on Saturday. Cowboy was an absolute angel--mostly. I was so proud of how he behaved. He was a good boy. The judge complimented him on his behaviour in the classes. Some of them were big for him to wait through 20-25 and I think there were 28 in the color class. We got 2 ribbons. Yah!!!

It was perfect until he threw himself over backwards loading him in the trailer to go home. God, he freaked me out. All of a sudden-he rares and over he goes. Boogered up his hocks just a bit, but that's all.

I am a little disappointed in the response when I posted here though. When I posted that I was having problems with him, everyone was more than willing to offer advice on what I was doing wrong and how I was in over my head. When I tell how good we have done and how far he has come, nothing.... hmmm. Maybe this isn't the place for me.
