So I went to the barn to check on Gray(I was leasing him 3 days a week). Last time I rode him he felt like he was ubber lame so the barn had a vet check him out. I've known that he was a fragile horse for quite some time, however I was under the impression that after a while he would get better.

Impressions are wrong.

I got to the barn and looked in the horse log (like your supposed to). On a little side not under his name it said 'Lame-see Holly'. So I stood there for a couple of minutes and then turned to speak to Holly. We talked about how Gray was lame and that because in the three weeks I've leased him I've only ridden him once. She also said that they were unsure that he would make the best horse for me to lease. I felt kind of sad 'cause I really do like Gray, but I could also see her point.

So she suggested that I switch my leasing horse. So now I'm leasing Calloway. He is a big bay that must be tied in front. Oh, and he must have extra padding. And they recommend carrying a crop with him. Lots of stuff to remember. Hopefully this lease will work out better than the last.
