My Weigh In

Well, yesterday I did my first weigh in, and measurements. Here they are.
Weight: 180 lbs
Bust: 38.5"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 40"
Thighs: 25"
So I weigh more than I first thought. But it's okay, I know I can get back down. It'll be a lot easier to stay on track now, because I kind of have people watching me. My plan right now is to cut out all junk food, pop, and popcorn are my biggest vices. So I'm switching pop for a water bottle, and microwave popcorn for plain air popped popcorn, no salt or butter.I'm also stepping up the amount of exercise I do. An hour of cardio, and as much strength training as I can get in.

| | Re: My Weigh InCongratulations! We are all in this together. I will be the first to admit I don't exercise as much as I should. Cutting out the sugar and fast food has helped me alot. I eat popcorn at night with my kids it is actually a healthy snack. (natural of course) Good Luck! |
