My Week in Review

Well, I weighed in yesterday night, and I was at 177 lbs. Not bad I guess, that's three pounds down. I didn't have the best week. I rode my bike for an hour on Wednesday and Thursday, and then on Friday I ran for an hour. I do hard sprints, a slow jog for a bit, hard sprint again, it's hard, but it works, much better than just jogging. My grandparents came on the weekend, so I didn't have time to do anything. On Monday I worked until nine, and then came home and went straight to bed. I've done lots of arm work though, because it doesn't take nearly as long as cardio. And I think I've been eating better, and drinking lots of water. I love water! I am going to work harder this week, start running more, since it works a lot more of my body then biking. It's weird, my bad shoulder gets sore when I run, I guess from pumping my arms. Anyway, that's been my week. Not bad, but not great.
