Movies!!

Well, I just finished up my summer course at community college, and I have to admit this was my favorite course so far!
It was a film class and we got to see some good movies that I'd never heard of before. So, if anyone is interested, here are the movies from class that I liked and hated:
Liked:
Run Lola Run: I thought the editing in this movie was very original and I LOVED the story and the fast pacing.
Harold and Maude: Okay, I thought this was going to be really weird, and it was, but it was also amazingly sweet and so, so funny.
The Maltese Falcon: LOL, I love Film Noir and this had such a cool, complicated plot (despite the terrible dialogue) that I really enjoyed it.
The General: A silent comedy starring Buster Keaton. I thought this was going to be boring, but I ended up laughing pretty hard!
Hated:
High Noon: An almost two hour to tell a story that took one hour, about characters I hated, a TERRIBLE gun battle (things like running and cover were apparently unheard of) and some really bad horsemanship.
The 400 Blows: A French movie. It was beautifully made, but boring as **** and didn't really have a point.
