So, a friend of mine was in a sticky situation where she was boarding her horses and asked if they could come here. Sure, no problem. THey got here on THurs night. They have been no problems whatsoever. takes a little more time to feed up, but no biggie.
Blacksmith was here today to look at Cruiser. He was starting to toe out in the front, so we are now trimming every 4 weeks instead of every 6. SHould see an improvement soon. He was a snot today, so out came the twitch.....
Lena is going to ride in her first parade on June 2nd. She is climbing the walls with excitement. It is just a small one to celebrate Yulee Day here in our town. Our 4-H club is going to ride in a float, and she will lead it off on Tricky. He is such a good horse. I am dreading the day he is gone....
He is 30 this year, but you cant tell it to look at him. Joint supps are a Godsend, I tell ya! I so wish I could afford another horse right now so that we could ride together. I will be paitent and wait for Justin to get there though.
