I signed on another two children. 2yrs , 4yrs old two days/week. They all start two days after I am allowed to start walking. I couldn't put it off any longer than that. I am lucky to have found two moms who could wait until Mid month. I am now going to take only before/after care. At least until I am able to run

I have my surgery scheduled for Sept 28th. I'm nervous but will just try and forget it until then.

I saw my knee specialist again today. He tells me the bone is 70% healed. Told me to start walking on it in 3 weeks. I will probably give it 4 just to be safe. I do not have much faith in this guy. For a Dr. who is supposed to be so terrific, his office sure is a dump.
I think I will want to burn my crutches when I am done with them. LOL!

Finally getting over to visit Amy ( Super Trooper ) and little Taylor. We had to put it off the first time b/c of my bad knee, the 2nd time b/c Amy got sick and now I am finally going tomorrow morning. Sarah is coming with me and we are really looking forward to it. It will be a full day of traveling, 7 hours for a 2hr visit but it will be fun. I have a gift for the baby that I really want to hand deliver and Sarah has never been on a full sized BC Ferry before.

I accidently stood on my broken knee yesterday (jumping up out of a deep sleep on the couch). I am paying for it today.

I am going out with father-in-law for lunch and a little fun at the casino. I am looking forward to this. Will be fun!!! I will take $20 for play money and quit when it's gone. Let's see if I get lucky .
