I just dont know what to do with her anymore. For the past 2 weeks she has acted like she knows nothing about riding. She doesn't respond to the bit at all. I'll be in a trot and ask her to walk, and I serisouly have to pull back SO far, its unbelivable. Ive NEVER had to do that with her before. Then I thought, maybe my bit is to low, so I tigtend it. didn't help. I loosend my curb chain, didn't work. Tightened my curb chain, didn't work. Check my saddle, didn't help. Im running out of ideas. And the funny thing is, I had eq practice last wednesday at a arena and she did PERFECT. Maybe its because she is at home and doens't feel like working? idk. but im really flusterated. I mean Ive never really bonded with mares before. Yes I know that sounds like a stereotype, but its true. Geldings have always been my thing. Ive had beau since april and Ive bonded quicker with him than Jaden. And Ive had jaden for almost 2 years now. So idk hgs. what do i do? And it isn't like a summer flig thing. Because she has those in spring and its only until I work her a ton. But she is getting worked everyday and everyday its the same old thing....
OH and Ive talked to my mom about it and you know how mothers can be.. she was like fine, sell her. Im like mom, im not selling her. But idk, if jaden is like this for 3 months striaght, then Idk what I would do. That might be the answer. But not now..

anddd..

Im training jaden for barrels since I run IBRA and NBHA I want to have to run my two horses. Since I dont go to any jumping shows, why not train her for barrels? but the thing is, Im also in the Equestrian team. And I hold up the speed classes (4 of them, with beau) and the english and jumping. So I cant train jaden the way I know how to train. I have to make her all around which is killing me because to tell you the truth, I haven't a clue how to do that. I need to make her able to be collected in huntseat, then go into jumping, then be able to run barrels IBRA and NBHA on the off season. So idk, this is so confusing.
