Justin not feeling well

2 weeks ago yesterday, vet was out for an abcess in justin's mouth~
floated teeth, put him on Tucoprim for 7 days.
Today~ fed a little later than normal this am, around 7:45
All looked well with everyone. Justin wasnt his normal bouncing self, but no red flags went up.
Went out just before 10 to check everyone, Justin still was picking at his grain, hadnt really eaten any hay, just spread it out. I took his bucket out and watched him for a few minutes. He drank some water and went and stood under Ceder trees. Ok, left for 4-H.
Got home just before noon and pulled him up into Cruiser's paddock (front paddock with stall) and put little booger in Justin's paddock.
He was picking at hay in stall, still havent seen him go down.
Left to feed ranches at 3:45 and got home just before 5 pm.
Decided to pull him out and see if he will pick at grass, which he did.
Light bulb goes off, take his temp dumbie!!!
Temp is 102.2 at 5 pm
Dose him with a 500# dose of banamine and hose his legs and chest.
Loved on him for a few, of course he is eating it up.
Time to feed up everyone. What to do with Justin...I gave him a couple of handfuls of grain with some probiotics thinking maybe something going on because he was on the tucoprim last week. He has been off it a week though....
Ate his grain, ate his handful of hay. Now we wait. The paste banamine takes about 30-45 min to kick in, so at this point, he ate because he ahd appetite, not because banamine was telling him too.
will go out around 6:10 to take his temp.....
