Day something

Posted 04-18-2008 at 01:00 PM by BklynCwgrl
LOL still on the diet. I might have to go another month on this because I seem to have reached a plateau. But this week I didn't do my Pilates Power Gym because I worked late at night and was too tired to do it in the morning so that might have something to do with it.

And I've been thinking...for some reason I like the dinners they sell better than the lunch...and I often eat a dinner for lunch and then really don't eat a dinner. I eat one of the snacks for dinner...like a protein portion...a little bit of turkey or a little bit of chicken...or something like that...and then have a desert OF COURSE!!!

I doubt if they'll sell me all dinners..would they? They'll probably tell me how their plan is scientifically formulated , you know...the glycemic index c.rap, and I should eat what they give me...no more, no less...blah blah blah.

Oh well...I guess I'll call them one of these days.

Plateaus are normal, I wouldn't worry about it. You sound really skinny already though! You weigh the same as me I think. 125ish anyways!

Re: Day something

Somehow there's a difference between being YOUNG and weighing 125 and being OLD and weighing 125. Yours is muscle...mine is sagging. LOL I'm working on it though.
