Sleep...I miss it

Used to be that when I was depressed I did nothing but sleep. I miss those days. Now I can't hardly sleep at all. I slept like sh*t last night...got up fairly early, fed horses, went to work, came back and tried to take a nap in the afternoon...no luck. Now it's 1:30am, I have a massive headache and am exhausted, but I cannot get to sleep. I've had NO caffeine at all today...nothing at all to really keep me awake. All day I've had a turkey sandwich, sprite, snack pack size peanut mix w/peanut butter...

But I still feel like crud. I hadn't been OD'ing on the diet pills, just taking the normal dose. But combining that w/a lack of sleep and food and they were reaking havoc on my system. Thanks for the concern guys.

I think I've screwed myself up big time. I've been living off of diet pills and no sleep. Today I've had a protein shake, a tiny bit of chinese food, a hot dog, and a couple pieces of bread. Oh...and a fudgecicle. Since sunday, I have slept 9 hours, all at odd times during the day. I have consistenly been staying up all night since sunday night, and been going to bed wayyyyyyyy late since last wednesday. I am tired right now and have 2 hours before I have to get up for class, but I cannot...

Ok...I can't sleep. I slept all day, so it's expected. No biggie...but I'm wanting to eat!!! This has happened to me a few times where I just suddenly crave food. I'm not hungry, but my mouth is watery and the leftover pizza is calling my name and if it weren't for this diet (and wonderful group of supporters) I would be eating by now. I never realized just how often I mindlessly eat. No wonder I could never lose weight!!

I'm in trouble. I've been bad! I did good for about a day. Then I went to a party, alcohol and hamburgers were involved. The like half a pot of Mac n' Cheese the next day. I made chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast this morning and scrambled eggs and just ate 4 pieces of pizza for dinner. I start classes in the morning. Hopefully a routine will help me stick to this. I have been drinking a lot of water though! I'm gonna try to start hitting the gym soon too. For now I feel sick from...
