Today is 5 weeks since i've had a cigarette.

You'd think i'd be happy but i'm not...I miss smoking so much...I know it was killing me but I LOVED it...i've gained so much weight and just feel like c.rap.

Pysically I have more energy, i'm saving money and all that, but I feel like its not worth it. I know that sounds silly.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Yay! 28 days, 4 weeks, which ever way you'd like to put it

I HAVEN'T HAD A CIGARETTE FOR 4 WEEKS - I ROCK

Feeling really good...just have to keep working at getting this 10 pounds off that i've gained Honestly though, its the least of my worries!

Just a quick note to say that i'm still doing really well - no cigarettes!

Monday was the 3 week mark, and on the 4th October will be the 1 month mark!!!

I had a few rough days where I REALLY wanted a smoke, but I managed to get through it with a big bag of lollies Speaking of which, i've gained MORE weight

So as of yesterday I started to eat much better and do more exercise. Now is the time to stop eating junk in-between meals and to have some...

Just writing to say that i'm still going REALLY well!

I had a really stressful afternoon yesterday and didn't even come close to wanting a cigarette, so thats great!

I don't feel like one, just going really well!
