Confused..
being in love is hard.

This is really my first time writing in this. But lately, I've been so confused on what to do .
Me and my boyfriend were together for 3 1/2 years. Last Wednesday he decided he wanted to "take a break". So that means, we're technically "not together", I didnt eat for a few days, or get any sleep. But sometimes, I feel like he wants to be together .. he still says " I love you " to me, and we hug and he still calls me. Its so hard for me to be in love, but "not to be in love" at the same time. We still plan on going to Prom together, and even going to this concert on March 23rd. It's so hard to love someone and not be with them, esc. when you've been together for so long.
Yes, I am happy we're still friends - but It's also confusing at the same time that he is still VERY Protective of me if I were to go hang out with another guy...

 |  Re: being in love is hard.Best of luck with all this. I can only hope that, whatever happens in the end, it is for the better. I, too, can relate with long time relationships (since 4/2/04), however, I am lucky enough to remain inexperienced in the "let's take a break department." If you need to talk about it, PM me or billsdaydream. She, too, knows the ups & downs of three years. |
