I don't know what to think...
2 months of preparing, a week of overhauling, 5 hours in the car, an unimaginable amount of money for uniforms...

We got third.

I'm so disappointed, I can't even say how hard I worked for this.

One stunt fell. It was the girl I really don't like (she's lazy as all ......, does nothing to help the team.) SHe didn't even TRY to stick it. She just FELL. At STATE. In the LAST stunt.

We have two more practices until we're off to our state competition!!! (cheerleading)

It's all coming together... it's crazy what a little extra attitude can do to help!

And I get to miss most of Tuesday and Wednesday morning from school, so that's cool, too.

I got new (well, new to me) field boots today for showing. My mom said the half chaps and paddock boots I've been using looked bad.

I tried on 100 different pairs at the tack shop,...

We had another girl offed on the cheerleading squad for missing too many practices. We have a little over a week to learn our whole rountine.

It'll be something if we get it together...

I keep telling myself it's almost Christmas break! Two more normal weeks, then we start prepping for exams.

*beware, this is a vent *

I must so frustrated with people giving up all the time!
What has happened to hard work and dedication? It seems like everyday, someone I know is just giving up because the work is "too hard". Too hard? Please. It just frustrates me to no end seeing people CHOSE not to try, because they think there's an easier way. Yes, of course there is, but why? Where's the satisfaction?

*sigh*

Hanna's leaving for big girl school tomorrow.

We're trailering her to a friend's place, and my trainer will be working with her there.

She's mostly going to learn to go one handed in a curb for western. She has a jog and a natural lope, it's just getting her to do it on her own one handed.

He started her today at our house, and it actually went okay. She had a MAJOR attitude with him at first, but got over it once she realized he really isn't scared of...
