My horse is hot branded. He was owned by a stock contractor up in Northern Alberta. Triangle H on his left hip.

Wow these are all so neat! endurgirl I love your horse's, it's really pretty. I'll get pictures of Gordy's brand tomorrow when the farrier comes. He has a diamond with a 24 underneath it on his shoulder, a 5 on his back end and a freeze brand on his back. lol he has a lot of writing on him... and all on the same side!

My QH mare came from a horse dealer in GA. They said they bought her from a man who bought her from a place called Cripple Creek Cattle Co. She has a double C (CC) on her hip. Apparently they bought her from the people who raised her as a weanling. I have no idea why they would buy her, brand her before she was a year old and then sell her? She is slightly pigeon toed and is small. (Barely 14hh) Maybe they wanted her as a broodmare and changed their mind? She is cutting bred, her sire is a NCHA Money Earner and World Champion. Dry doc, Doc Bar and Doc Tari are "On" her papers... (not way back, I mean in the 2nd and 3rd line!)Cool right? I would love to breed her but I guess her pigeon toes will keep me from that... don't want a pigeon toed baby now do I?

So yeah.. If ANYONE knows ANYTHING about the brand CC Let me know!!! FYI if anyone knows the owner of her sire or mother LMK too. Her breeders are in TX and her sire stands in OK. I believe. Her sire's name is Dryin Time and he is by Dry Doc. Her mother is Spirits Tari.

Thanks

THis is a TERRABLE pic of her.. I dont know why she was standing like this but It shows her brand Even her face looks weird! Blah!
