Is there a reason it couldn't be done

Liquid wormers that come with instructions to use a drench gun and give so many mls.

Why could it not be poured into a small feed. It would result in a gut with feed and wormer in.

As a horse should always have feed in it's gut wouldn't it give the same result. Gut with feed and wormer in.

Is it full moon time again? Did the cereal truck overturn and fruitloops got spilt?

I wonder this too. Good question.

We used to buy the bulk packs of liquid wormer at work and syringe it over the tounge. When your doing 20+ horses, tube wormers get pricey..

I bought bottle of rehydra, and for the first few days, i put it over the tounge as instructed, but horse got the jack of that quick smart, it said i could also put it in her water and have her drink all of it, i added it to her wet meal in the afternoon, i dont see a difference........... is there?

I don't see any reason why it can't be administered with feed as long as the horse gets all its feed.

There is a liquid wormer...as well as "powdered" ivermectin and alfalfa-based pelleted ones....that are made to be put on/mixed into feeds. I often put the paste stuff right in the feed also. Works ok for most horses...but some won't eat it.
