where would one see this infractions list? I never knew it we has such a thing

Unless you've committed a rather sinful offence or you're a moderator/admin you wouldn't see it at all is my guess.

John, there is no infraction list.
Infractions can be given for breaking the forum rules. I suppose in a sense the forum rules could be considered and infraction list.
The feature came with an upgrade a couple of years ago. I believe it is used more on the Dog and Truck forums.
There is an option for either a warning or and Infraction.

JCH I didn't see a list until I got an infraction and it stays there as a constant reminder too even though it expired, i believe mine was a warning infraction.
