Much of this is from this same news article that was posted in chat. Thanks for sharing it again. I think people need to see that this is really an issue.

WOW - I am glad the news is making a comment on it!

Hopefully it will raise some awareness. I just hope that someone helps that lady w/the 6 horses.

Without getting into a discussion as to who done it the changes we are getting in our climate are having an effect in areas that one would not think of. In BC huge areas of pine forest has been infected with a beetle that normally gets killed off during winter. It has not been cold enough to kill them for several years and now we have miles and miles of dead trees.
