What is your first name?
Last time I checked it was Lorin!

Are you married?
HA, um no, but I am available!

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
Well hopefully with a successful riding career (the 2016 Olympics) OR becoming an Occupational Therapist and opening up my own NARHA center.

But if all else fails, I always have my charming looks to become a clown!

Do you own a horse? If so, how many?
Of course I own a horse! I own 2 1/2 (Leo being that half part)

How did you get started with horses?
Well I was 9 years old, and it was my birthday, MY GOLDEN birthday to be truth, and I recieved a card from my parents. Inside that card was a boring old piece of paper that said I had a lesson this coming Saturday

Oh boy, I was jumping up and down like a little kid on a sugar high!

For my first lesson I remember wearing a Tweety Bird shirt with BLACK SPANDEX pants and rain boots! HAHA can you believe it!

How long have you been involved with horses?
Lets see here, we do the math on it, but it would take too long

so something like 10 years (becoming 19 isn't so far away)!

What types of riding do you do?
Oh something called D-R-E-S-S-A-G-E... its pretty much like cement drying. Nothing flashy like those western people

But I also like doing other stuff. I found a real interest in polocross with my step-son Leo

I really enjoy going to Pony Club gaming events! Leo kicks bootay at that too!

Do you show or pleasure ride?
I like to consider myself a SERIOUS ride who just enjoys that time she spends with her horses!!

But I do both, easily!

How many hours per day or week do you spend with horses?
Well lets see, I go to that barn almost everyday. I start at 6 a.m (non school day) and won't leave till about 9 p.m so its a really really long day!

But wouldn't trade it for the world!

What is your favorite horse event/sport?
Dressage of course! But I enjoy and respect every sport out there!

Polocross its PRETTY neat! Not going to lie!

What is your favorite breed?
OH boy, umm thats a tough one.

Defiantly a KWPN girlie, but I enjoy my AMERICAN Quarter Horses way too much!

What would be your ideal horse?
Details or no details...? Lets go with details!

Well a chestnut gelding, with a stripe down his face would be perfect... And a white front sock on the left leg would be idealistic as well! Of course he had to be a KWPN, what else would I want

What is your greatest accomplishment? (With, without horses, or both). Horse wise - Getting my bronze medal at young age of 15 from USDF! Pretty happy about that one (only need 2 scores for my silver)!!!

Also placing in the top 2 out of 500 something QH in the USDF/USEF rankings for dressage with the one and only Diamond!

Non horse wise - Oh being a freshman and going state as a long jumper! Pretty cool experience!

What do see in your future as far as horses are concerned or what are your future plans for you and horses?
Well right now I am on the correct path as far as what I want to do and accomplish. I am really interested in USDF/USEFs young horse program. And hopefully I will be starting that soon!

I am looking forward to becoming a Brentina Young Cup rider as well!

And after that maybe Pan Ams and the Olympics! Nothing too serious

And after all that

I would like to open my own NARHA center for both disabled Adults and Children! I am already a NARHA instructor, so I just need to build my own barn!

How did you find HGS? Honestly, I don't remember... Probably just surfing or something!

But I can tell you Myerspark16 (Aileen) was my first friend and HELPED me find everything and KNOW everything about the forum!

In what forum sections do you find yourself posting or spending the most time?
I am usually every where! I like helping anyone in any situation!

I am TERRIFIED, DEADLY afraid of the dark!
I still sleep with my baby blanket aka MeMe
I love day dreaming, like its a 24/7 problem with me.
I LOVE LOVE reading Sci-Fi and Romances.. I am kind of in love with dragons!
I have a hard time paying attention to others when they are talking (ask my friends)
ROO (Rachel) and Rain (Sarah) our my bestest friends. I do a lot with them (when I can) and they mean the world to me.. By the way Sarah you owe me a movie and dinner!
I use to be the worlds biggest tom boy and didn't start wearing makeup till I was 16
I failed cooking and sewing when I was in school... OPS!
I am the BIGGEST nerd you will ever meet...
I love TRAVELING! I've been to China, Bahamas, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Paris (most recent)! Both Holland trips were for horse shopping!

But thats about it for me!
