Exclamation Im so confused!!

Aw im in rut and I need some advice. Okay here it goes.

the pictures of the palomino I have here is one Palomino i can get on payments form a lady 5 hours away. for $1200 shes is 2 years old and very sweet and her parents are unknown im told. And when i asked a guy about delievering her it was $400 So now im kinda stumped. I only plan to use the horses for pleasure rides like on trails and maybe barrel racing later on.

Then I find this add for another Palomino where I contacted the women on the phone shes the sweetest women. Very interesteing story about her horses especially the mother of the palomino for sale, this women's palomino is $1000 and she lives closer and might even deliver cheaper. Her palomino is 1 year and 4 months old very nice. She even told me that if i ever were to buy the horse and decide to sell it that she wants it "in writing" that i name a price and it goes to her. Like this women is deticated. meanwhile the other women doesnt even know the breed of the mare and stallion of her palomino? Although her palomino is very nice too and Aww I don't know what to do .. The women who has the younger palomino is going to contact me in a day or two to tell me if she will acept her on payments or not. Please guys i need help making a decision!
The 16month old for $1000
The 2 year old for $1200

Hmmm I can't seem to open the pictures to be bigger. Tough decision...

I always like knowing where my horses come from, so in that perpective I would take the 16 month old one... even tho breeding isn't as important for just for fun riding, its nice to know a little bit of the horse's track record. Also from the picture she looks like she's already coming along in the trail department - she's already standing on a bridge type thing!!

Looks wise, from the little pictures, I like the 2yo better than the other one, but that's just personal preference. If age dosn't matter to you, and you have time to wait before wanting to ride I'd go for the cheaper one!! Good luck!!
