Hi,
I have 2 mini's & a rescue pony, I am looking to give a good long term home to a mini ( can be a mini donkey to ) & a few goats. I have a empty 2 acre lot fence in ( and tree lined in with a shed/ building ) and with all the cutting we all ready have so I am thinking of starting a little goat herd. I know it will not end having to cut it, but it sure would help. I have to cut the mini's / pony field evry 2 ot 3 weeks just to get the high spots down.

I am looking for Pets only, & would like to help one out at the same time. I am still working with the rescue pony health issues ( a few thousand $$ at this point ) so I would not beable to take in one who is in bad health or mager on going health issues. How ever I am open to hear what there needs may be & see.

I feed 2 times a day & have a farrier out every 2 months, Vet out as needed.... I also use & now beleave in Silver Lining Herbs after every thing I have tried on the Rescue pony Stromy, I have now found something that works. They have a great line for just about everything, even a wormer.

I was going to go to one of the sales and try to get a mini or 2, But my sister went to one and left crying ( New Holland Pa ) she could not stand to see what was going on, and has told me dont go, it is not some were you want to go. I am new to Tn & things are different here so I for sure dont want to go and see sadness.... Plus I dont even know of any here.

So I thought I would post here & if you do know of a sale in TN that is NOT one of the bad ones please let me know. I am looking for pets, not show or any thing like that. Just a new barn friend to add to my others.

Wow, I set in my mind I was able to add to my lil herd & wanted to help at the same time, I posted here & the next day, Dollie's old owner has a group of rescues she just bought, yes bought & she is trying to go get more. So I will be taking in a 7 year old mini mare who is bred ( 2 months after having a foal ) and is showing some sort of founder per the vet check, and a colt who is 4 months old and has bin off of his mother for a few weeks vet check & in good health.

I am still open to goats, they will be in another area
