Post If...

If you were in the market for a horse and you found a place where there were many horses, would you get the horse? What would you do
(this is pretend situation but here are what the barn/horse is-
-extrimly skinny- a 1 or 2 on the bcs
-good temperment but afraid of people
-owner is a drunken lair and claims horse is fed 3 times a day and the vet came out a month ago but cant remember the vets name
-feet are long and cracked
-horse lives on "pasture" which is a 24x24 piece of lawn
-no shelter for this horse but others at the barn have shelter in a barn with falling boards, discusting stalls etc.
-owner claims to be a "trainer"
-Other horses are on there death beds there
-find no water supply

So is this a real situation? You realize that a 1 body score is like on death's door, can't stand up, about to die within the week?
