I personally like the Polish bloodlines over the Egyptians..The polish is more stocky and hardy as the Egyptian is more long looking...I love Anglo Arabs myself...Back yard breeders did damage alot of good bloodlines but only because the arab breed allows half registry and that muddies the bloodlines alot..Not many breed registries allow half breeds..To many people breeding to anything and calling it registered....

I agree! But now, in my opinion, Arabs are coming back . At least, in the sport horse world, as jumpers, eventers, and dressage horses.

BUT, this time they're coming back...in the right way . People are now
breeding for performance instead of "oh my gosh, Arab!"

paintlvr, I agree with you. Some backyard breeders are pretty good and professional. BUT, I think *most* of them are just dirtying the bloodlines and putting poorly trained/handled horses out into the market.
