I think I've found the secret to show ring shine

I think I found the secret to show ring shine this weekend. Of course regular thorough grooming and good diet are the man thing but this will give your horse a some extra sheen.

First, bathe your horse in Quic Color. This stuff is AWESOME! I gave Kismet a quick bath in it Friday night and when I went to her stall Saturday morning I was like . She was sooooo shiney, and the shampoo really did improve her color. If you have a white you might want to use Quic Silver, if you have a black or dark bay/brown try Quic Black.

After that I applied a thin layer of Quic Sheen to her. I highly recommend this product! It gives a unique shimmer (not a glitter, just a really cool shine) to your horse and improves the coat color even more. I put this on her sun bleached mane and the next day the bleached part had gotten darker. Best of all it doesn't make the horse slippery, so if you ride you should definitely try it!

And you're done! I could take Kissy out of her stall and just have to brush her mane to the right side with my fingers. No 10 minute brushing before every class! It also took care of saddle marks for me. Once the sweat dried for a few minutes the coat looked just like it had before I rode.
