Thumbs up I need your help. Another horse question from a horse crazed girl.

What horse you think who make the best event prospect. Please do tell and say why if possible

Pondo King, is a big, beautiful gelding. He is only a 5-year-old, bay in color, standing 16hh. He is up to date on all vaccines, worming and farrier. He has done some low level dressage work and trail rides comfortably. He has now been ridden for several months. He is athletic and would best suit an intermediate rider. His sire is King Conch and he is out of a Balanced Image mare. He is well bred for eventing of any kind and would make a great all-round horse. I am well aware of the pinfiring http://www.osas.ca/pondo_king_photos_large.html

HURRICANE TIDE is a 7-year-old gelding, born May 31,2000. He is a good 16hh solid boy. He came into the program in October and is already riding beautifully at a walk, trot and canter. Very nice horse with no issues. As with all our adoption horses he is also sound. http://www.osas.ca/hurricane_tide_photos_large.html

HEIDI (Hi Dee Dopler). Heidi has been extremely well cared for, has had all her shots and her teeth have been done. She had been lunged a lot at a walk, trot, and canter, led in and outdoors over bridges, water, etc, and has been ridden at the walk and trot. Heidi trailers well, is in great condition, and will make someone an excellent training prospect. She is a beautiful mare, who will make a nice show horse, she is really flashy looking. Heidi gets along well with the other horses and is a real doll to work with. http://www.osas.ca/hi_dee_dopler_photos_large.html

Own the Moment. Beautiful bay filly, 15hh, born in May of 2003. Up to date on all vaccines and worming. She is a calm, mild mannered little girl who is just beginning her professional riding training. She is sound and has been well handled. She cross ties, loves to be groomed, stands great for farrier and vet and has lovely ground manners. http://www.osas.ca/own_moment_photos_large.html

Sandra is a gorgeous dark bay filly, 15.2hh. She too has been well cared for and is very healthy and completely up to date on all her shots, farrier and worming. She is very friendly, easy to manage and has great manners. She has been well loved and should excel in any discipline. She is now in professional riding training. http://www.osas.ca/Magnifcentbaroness_photos_large.html

MAYMES BLACK BEAUTY, Beauty is a gorgeous black mare who is doing very well with her riding training. She has been out on the trail and is loving the riding and the attention. http://www.osas.ca/maymes_black_beau...tos_large.html

KUNDERA is a huge grey mare, 11 years old. She is built like a tank. She was started and ridden lightly a couple of years ago, but since then her adoptive owner hasn’t had the time. She is quite overweight.
Kundera needs a very experienced adoptive home where she can be worked consistently, if she is worked on a daily or semi daily basis she is awesome, but she does have an attitude. Sound & Sane. http://www.osas.ca/kundera_photos_large.html

I adore Pondo, he looks very balanced. The only thing is the pin firing...if that goes through i'd go with him (and i already know you have your heart set on him!)

Im not sure why, but heidi really catches my eye. I love the front shots of her, and she looks like she is a really nice mover but needs some work. The side shot of her undersaddle isnt pretty, but i see potential with her. I would buy her, but i like a challenge

I love a challenge too. I have my fingers crossed for Pondo but I wanted a second resort. This horses are all fairly close to me and there only $750. I have the money to trail but on top on that we know several people who have trailers so i am sure we could borrow one
