I need Legal Help any one want give me some advice?

ok.. I traded for a mare and then later found out she was pregant. She had the baby and then the lady I traded my puppies too decided she wanted them both back. Well of course I said no. So we went to court I won and then the next evening the horses was stolen from my place in the middle of the night. Now I here a couple days ago I find out she has emailed a few people I know saying she has the horses back on her place. And saying a bunch of lies about me.

What can I do to press charges against her and make her pay for my pups since I know I will never get my horses back?

If you can help me out with advice please let me know..

Thanks..

Call the cops and report that the stolen horses are on her property? If she stole them why would you think you wouldn't get them back? Did you call the cops in the first place?

If you "won" in court - what was the ruling? If it was they are your horses then have the cops go with you and pick them up............

Sorry just my thoughts, I don't have any legal advice for you.

You have an issue of stolen property. Call the police with your ruling in hand.

when you call make sure you have a copy of the judges ruling. also might want to ask the other people if they will give up there emails! She can't steal horses! A trade is a trade period! I would deffinatly call the police asap! If you wait they will think something is "fishy"

Hello from down the road.

Did you report the horse stolen?

It should be as simple as proving the "property" was stolen from you (police report) and proving the "property" is currently in that person's possession.

If those horses were ruled in a court of law to be yours, you are the rightful owner then she is harboring stolen property. I would call the police, go with them and get your horses back.

You need to report stolen property, produce a copy of the Order (you should be able to get this online) call your Attorney that handled the matter, have the police escort you to her residence to reclaim your property. Disclaimer---This is NOT legal advice as i'm a Paralegal I am not allowed to give "legal advice"
