It is really hard to tell with this one... I would say that there is a line though, not a stripe...

This is why you cannot tell by the outside of the horse what the color genes are inside the horse. If there is white you will not see the stripe but the skin under where the stripe would be is often a different shade when the horse is wet and you have to look at the rest of the horse for color.

Also I am curious if the hair is a different texture there.
